1. Does free delivery and setup apply only for large orders?
Our DELIVERY & EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION IS ALWAYS FREE. It doesn't matter if you are ordering 20 chairs, 200 chairs or a big bundle.​​
2. I ordered tables and chairs from a different place in the past, they claimed their equipment is clean, but it was dirty and falling apart. Is your equipment really clean?

Hard-surface installations require a different anchoring method than traditional grass installations. Our team evaluates the tent size, surface, installation location, weather conditions, and applicable requirements to determine an appropriate anchoring or ballast method.
Please let us know in advance if your event will be held on a hard surface so we can plan the proper installation method. Professional delivery, installation, takedown, and pickup are included with our tent rentals throughout Northwest Indiana and Chicagoland.
